- 2020-09-04EPICS Collaboration Meeting in October 2020
The 2020 EPICS Collaboration Meeting will be held virtually in the week of 19-23 October 2020, organized by the Fritz-Haber-Institute of the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft.

- 2019-11-19EPICS Codeathon 2020
An EPICS Codeathon will be held from February 11-14 2020 (i.e. Tuesday to Friday) at Diamond Light Source in the UK. We will spend 4 days fixing bugs, designing and developing new features and/or writing documentation.

The 2019 EPICS Autumn Collaboration Meeting, will be a one-day workshop on the 5. October, in conjunction with the ICALEPCS 2019 conference, in Brooklyn, New York.

- 2019-07-24EPICS Documentathon at ESS
An EPICS Documentathon will take place in the first week of September (2.-6.) at the European Spallation Source. We will spend a week to work on improving EPICS documentation, with a number of core developers present as mentors.

ITER will host the Spring 2019 EPICS Collaboration Meeting, which will be held from 3-7 June 2019 at the ITER site in Cadarache, 45 km north-east of Aix-en-Provence, France.

The next EPICS Collaboration Meeting (fall 2018 in the northern hemisphere) will be held from 12-16 November and will be hosted by ANSTO and the Australian Synchrotron in Melbourne, Australia.

The June 2018 EPICS Collaboration Meeting will be hosted at the APS by Argonne National Laboratory outside Chicago, Illinois during the week of June 11-15.
